2: No artwork will be released until full payment has been received and cleared.

3: Ian Stewart will be able to display all commissions on this web site or any other promotional material.

4: Notification of damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt.

5: Damaged goods must be returned via suitable insured first class special delivery.

6: No refund will be given once commission has been proofed and cleared. Damaged goods will be re-commissioned  on return of original.
